6x DNA Loading Dye

Description:
6x DNA Loading dye is used for conventional DNA electrophoresis. It contains two different dyes (bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol FF) for visual tracking of DNA migration during electrophoresis. The presence of glycerol ensures that the DNA in the ladder and sample forms a layer at the bottom of the well.

Features:

1. No DNA masking durig gel exposure to UV light.
2. Two-color tracking of DNA migration during electrophoresis

Applications:
Preparation of DNA ladders, markers for loading on  Nucleic Acid Electrophoresis gels.
