Hairpin DNA& GC rich Sequencing Premix for BigDye™ 3.1

Descriptions

MCLAB's Hairpin DNA Sequencing Premix is designed to sequence the difficult template contains hairpin structure and high GC contents. The example condition is following:

• Hairpin DNA Sequencing Premix 4ul
• DNA template 100ng
• Primer 3.2pmole
• Add ABI's bigdye 0.125ul
• Add water to final 10ul

Cycle Condition

• 1 cycle: 98°C 3min
• 25 cycles: 98°C, 10 sec; 50°C, 5 sec; 60°C, 2 minutes.
