Lyse-Load solution is a unique product provided by MCLAB to screen the bacterial colony for plasmid insertion. It integrates the processes of growing bacteria overnight, purifying plasmid, and running gel into a single step. Hence it offers many unique benefits and reduces processing time from approximately 24 hours to 0.5 hour.

Application
Lyse-Load solution releases enough plasmid DNA from a single E.coli colony and it also functions as loading buffer. The lysed sample can be loaded onto agarose gel directly. The plasmid with insertion can be identified by comparing the parental vector and sample plasmid.
