Description

 Spectral calibration of DNA sequencing instrument is critical to maintaining high throughput sequencing operations. By evaluating multicolor systems of the sequencing instrument, sequencing providers can automatically correct the spectral overlap in samples loaded onto the capillary arrays. 
This matrix standard is for use with capillary electrophoresis (CE) –based genetic analyzers such as Applied Biosystem 310, 3100, 3130 and 3730 series. The DNA contained in the preparation has been lyophilized to maximize stability and the standard has been optimized by using MCLAB's proprietary technology. The preparation step before loading has been significantly simplified. The matrix standard is sufficient for a minimum of eight array runs (on a 24 capillary) or two array runs (on a 96 capillary).
