Source:
Purified from E. coli strain that bears the cloned NgoA III gene from Neisseria gonorrhea.

Storage buffer:
10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4), 50mM NaCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 0.5 mg/ml BSA, 50% (v/v) glycerol.

Reaction conditions:
REACT 9 Buffer at 37ºC.

Typical ligation/recut assay results:
NgoA III-cleaved Ad-2 DNA is ≥95% ligated after 1 h. Of the ligated fragments, 100% are cleaved (recut) by NgoA III.

Recommended storage condition: -20 ºC.

Comments:
Resistant to heat inactivation (10 min, 65 ºC). Does not show a marked site preference like Nae I and NgoM I (1).
