MCLAB provides one-step vector-based miRNA target screening systems, which including 2 x PCR master mix, miRNA target screening vector and one-step cloning enzyme mix.

Descriptions

The piReport vector-based miRNA target screening systems are convenient systems for the cloning of possible miRNA target (3-UTR) for screening in mammalian cells. The piReport vector is prepared by linearized with BamHI and NotI, which greatly improve the efficiency of recombination of a miRNA target (3-UTR) product into the plasmid by preventing recircularization of the vector and providing a compatible overhang for recombination of miRNA (3-UTR) products generated by any thermostable polymerases. A double digestion may be used to release the insert from the vector.

The piReport Vector-based miRNA target screening systems contain linearized miRNA target screening vector piReport/EmGFP or piReport/hluc, 2 x PCR master mix for PCR amplifying miRNA targets, High efficiency (>1 x 10⁹ ) DH5a Competent Cells, one-step^TM cloning/recombination enzyme mix.
