Regional Sales Representative

Job description

The candidates should posse the desire and ability to work in a fast pace exciting environment with high expectations and performance accountability to guarantee the record of success. This individual will have the responsibility for meeting growth objectives in the assigned territory as well as managing growth objectives with major channel partners.

Responsibilities

Cover a sales territory focused in Bay Area while supporting surrounding geography if needed
Summarize and report customer activity, forecasts, presentations/quotes, channel management, etc.
Own and manage key local field based accounts via interpersonal connections and field based activity
Train and support local distribution sales reps as required to ensure the rate of desired territory growth

Qualifications

Minimum of a B.S. in a life science discipline
2+ years of sales experience, with documented successful historic performance with a tangible product
Must be entrepreneurial and independent in driving daily success. Skillset and ambition to grow the territory with limited oversight

Versatile, dynamic, and proactive personality with a desire to foster long term relationships with customers and channel partners
Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent business professional software skills (e.g. Excel, Outlook, etc.)
