Description:

High quality deoxynucleotide triphosphate (dNTPs) are functionally tested in long PCR to be PCR qualified, and meet or exceed criteria for high-quality sequencing with Thermo Sequenase DNA polymerase. High purity: ³ 98% triphosphate, as confirmed by chromatographcic analysis and 31P nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy ensures high levels of incorporation. Its supplied as buffer-free, ready to use solution and is available as either individual products, sets, and premixes.

Application:

For use in all molecular biology applications, including amplification, dideoxy sequencing, labeling, mutagenesis, cDNA synthesis, RNA protection assay, expression profiling, PCR, long PCR, real-time PCR, high fidelity PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, primer extension and DNA labeling and more.
